For product creators who are passionate about solving the needs of customers the #PoDojo 3 day workshop provides a highly interactive learning incubator to power up their skills in product discovery, design and development, opening the learning space to:
Understand how to create a compelling vision by using highly collaborative toolsets.
Realize the importance of team dynamics by participating in gamified Lean and Agile exercises.
Have fun while learning the skills needed in order to successfully lead a team in developing great products.
Attendees will grow their learning network and leave the #PoDojo well equipped with the latest cutting-edge toolkits for making customer delightful products - including Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Scrum, Story Mapping, Preto- and Prototyping, Business Model Generation and Radical Management.
The #PoDojo is for anyone who wants to lead a product development effort e.g. Agile product managers or product owners but also people actively contributing to this leadership role like Scrum Masters or UX Designers. The style of the workshop is highly interactive with a lot of challenging co-activity required. The experience level in Lean and Agile product development is ideally one year or higher.

From idea to product in ½ day:
Product Discovery and Visioning
Story Mapping, User Story Writing and Release Planning
Value-Driven Development in Sprints
Agile Manifesto: making sense of values and principles in a retrospective
Pitch your vision and go for a ride, applying the concepts and tools learned and get coached/mentored with additional tools working on your real world problems
Move an idea from WHY to WHAT to HOW and LEARN by applying User Interviews, Empathy Map, Business Model/Value Proposition Canvas, Design Thinking, User Story Mapping, Prototyping and Release Planning
The course includes the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner. After completing the course:
You have the option to be registered with the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (no additional effort or cost required.)
You have the option to apply for 21 PMP PDUs with the Project Management Institute, satisfying 21 of the required training hours for the new PMI-ACP (PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner.)

Stefan Haas, founder and trainer
Stefan Haas is an independent agile coach and trainer for product development, innovation and change. Stefan utilizes a cultural hacker’s attitude and mindset to break rules to foster creativity and to find new ways to deal with the socio-technical complexity of agile transformation. He works with product teams and startups such as Wooga, Lotto24, brands4friends, MySugr, TUI and Daily Deal (formerly part of the Google family). Stefan is organizer of various Meetups in Berlin including: Agile Game Lab, Product Tank, and Culture Hacking. He is a regular speaker at events such as Global Scrum Gathering, StartupCamp, Scrum Day Berlin, Manage Agile Berlin and the International Conference on Lean Enterprise and Software Systems.

Catherine Louis, founder and trainer
Catherine Louis is a Certified Scrum Trainer™, independent Agile coach, and co-founder of the #PoDojo. With over 20 years of experience in complex product development in both software & hardware, Catherine has previously led Agile transition efforts in top telecommunications firms and worked with North Carolina State University to conduct research on Agile Test-Driven development. She has conducted years of research and training on “building security” into your product, verifying that security protection mechanisms are in place and working before it’s too late. Catherine regularly speaks at Agile20XX conferences, is a lead for the “Working With Customers” track, and runs the AgileRTP meetup group, one of the largest Agile meetup groups in the US.

Jens Otto Lange, trainer
Jens Otto Lange is a certified Design Thinking coach and trainer focussing on innovation for the digital world. Since 1997, Jens helps cross-functional teams to focus on customer needs. With a proven record as a practitioner in brand communications and ux design, Jens facilitates co-creation workshops, trains teams into Service Design Thinking and coaches innovation sprints – for clients like Airbus, Axel Springer, Beiersdorf, CoreMedia, Idealo, Impulse, Otto, Austrian Lotteries, and Volksbank. He’s a co-organizer of Service Design Hamburg, Design Thinking Coaches Berlin, and he supports Stefan to run Agile Game Lab Berlin and contributes to design-driven events like Global Sustainability Jam, Innovation Games Summit and Design Thinking Barcamp.
