Certified Scrum Product Owner Training
The course includes all elements of the Certified Scrum Product Owner training. The CSPO elements give you the information to understand how Scrum works, focusing mainly on functioning as the product owner and customer for a Scrum team. You will learn about activities such as managing stakeholders, calculate ROI, backlog grooming, creating effective user stories and acceptance criteria, defining Done, and the iterative cycle of Sprints. Scrum increases the emphasis on assessing and driving business value through close collaboration with the delivery team. The Scrum Product Owner establishes the interaction between the business and the delivery team that is so essential to increasing productivity within an Agile organization. Product Owners who assume this crucial role have the ability to guide the team and the process to gain the full benefit of Agile delivery.
After completing the course:
- You have the option to be registered with the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- You have the option to apply for 21 PMP PDUs with the Project Management Institute, satisfying 21 of the required training hours for the new PMI-ACP (PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner)

"Hey, Stefan, for me as design thinker and project manager with a background in design and markting, your workshop was a great way to learn more about Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Start-Up and Management 3.0 in a very condensed way. I appreciated that you put all that mind stuff into the bigger context of agile without insisting on formal patterns, but to explore the common ground in all these topics. I took out a lot of energy and inspiration out of your polab session, and I will definitely try to apply my learnings into my daily work."
Aug 2012, Jens Otto Lange
"The workshop from Stefan Haas is an enabler for greater productivity in your company. Put it on your backlog!"
