About this Event

A 6-WEEK MINDFULNESS EXPLORATION (for women/womxn only) _ Online

INTRO

A 6-week course for inner discovery and outer connection. Each week, I will introduce a new theme* and will guide various exercises stemming from Mindfulness meditation to explore it.

Together, we will reconnect to our innate sense of presence on a weekly basis, with the support of an online women’s group. At times of insidious – as well as more obvious – social isolation, I wish for this course to be a time and space for self-care, in a solidary & supporting context for this exploration.

My personal inspirations arising from the investigation of a more aware, non-violent and sustainable way of living directly shape the path of this individual and group journey.

As the days also get shorter in Berlin, let’s get cosy together. ❤

CLASS FORMAT, online - 75 Minutes

Each class will be composed of a different mix of guided/unguided

* Seated or lying down practice in stillness,

* Walking meditation,

* Mindful free-form movement and dance improvisation,

* A space and time for mindful communication, journaling, reflecting and sharing about our experiences if it feels right.

LOCATION

On Zoom due to the current restrictions.

COURSE FEE

Sliding scale depending on your financial situation

90-75€ for the full course. (Instead of 125-110€ for the in-person course)

Regularity and community can be very supportive to develop, deepen and sustain our personal meditation practice – as well as a great source of inspiration and learning.
