Why should you join us?

• The idea behind OKRs seems pretty simple but applying it in an organisation is rather challenging.
• We (Cansel, Nuria & Felix) apply OKRs ourselves in the companies we work for. We came up with the idea of organising a Lean Coffee as we were (again) talking and discussing about our challenges and wanted to grow our small Community of Practice.
• We want to offer a platform for a community which shares their experiences, ideas, questions, success and fuck-up stories and can learn from each other. It is not about finding solutions or the right answers. It is about sharing different perspectives.

Who participates?

• Every OKR-Practitioner who has basic OKR-knowledge (we won’t be explaining what OKRs are) and/or already applies OKRs in an organisation.
• It is an English-Speaking Community, as we want everyone around the world to be able to join us.

When, Where, How?

• 4th Tuesday of the month
• 9-10 AM CET - We get together already at 08:45 to chitchat and network
• Online via Zoom - will be included in the e-mail notifications
