NAUTILUS workshop (onsite & online)
Date and time
Potential and challenges of innovative power systems and synthetic fuels for emission reduction in waterborne transport
About this event
The workshop aims to present the results achieved in NAUTILUS project and its future exploitation. The NAUTILUS project aims at developing, evaluating and validating a highly efficient power generation system fuelled by Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) for long-haul passenger ships. The to be developed system will cut greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 50% and all other diesel engine exhaust gas emission components almost entirely.
The workshop will conclude with a podium discussion on the lesson learned and the next steps for technology upscaling and application.
