Morning yoga with essential oils
Wake up and take yourself on a journey of senses as you inhale deeply of healing aromas of powerful essential oils, while moving through a slow flow yoga class, designed to bring more space and softness into your body and mind. Align your limbs and joins; find more balance, and feel refreshed, sparklingly alive and inspired.
Learn how you could incorporate essential oils into your daily yoga or meditation practice.
Yoga practice: 70 minutes, followed by a short tie for Q&A
