Beschreibung

Mindfulness is for everybody.

There are so many ways to benefit from being mindful: yoga practice makes the body healthy and strong, meditation sharpens focus, reduces stress levels and enhances creativity. And so much more!.. If you are interested, step by and try ☺

AGENDA

We will practice yoga and meditation:

  • ca. 30 min – Yoga (easy beginners postures)
  • ca. 30 min – Silent Meditation

WHAT TO BRING

  • Comfortable clothes, warm socks for meditation
  • Scarf to put on the shoulders during the meditation
  • Yoga mat

FEE

This hour is free of charge for everyone.

You are welcome to donate cash, old clothes etc. I will donate every cent to Düsseldorfs’ organization Gutenachtbus, which is supporting people on the street. For more information about the bus: http://www.gutenachtbus.org
