Experience exchange and discussion on recruiting internationally
A shortage of skilled labor and a high employment rate lead to more and more companies looking for international talent. Austrian companies are establishing offices in other countries and are looking for local employees. Recruiting internationally from Austria is a challenge! Where do you start, how do you recruit internationally online and offline and what are your learnings so far?
We want to discuss these questions at our 2. HR Austria Meetup. We invite everyone responsible for recruiting at an organization - whether it be start-up, non-profit or big corporation - to join in the discussion and talk about your experiences and challenges.
Neha Chatwani will open the discussion with a short introduction on the topic of recruiting internationally. She has extensive experience in the field of HR and Organizational Development and has worked for organizations such as the European Central Bank, Hewlett-Packard and IAEA. She is also founder of the workplace atelier, author, keynote speaker and is an adjunct professor for HRM and Leadership.
The meetup is hosted by Claudia Lorber and Lena Pösl. We have many years of experience in the field of HR and leadership in different companies, both start-ups and larger businesses and are happy to bring our knowlegde into the discussion. However, the main purpose of the event is to facilitate discussion and exchange among all participants, instead of giving a lecture on the topic.

We charge a small fee of EUR 10,-- for drinks and snacks.
