MCBW 2022: The Essence of Diversity

Diversity and inclusion initiatives have become standard. Everyone seems to tout how diversity is enriching societies, countries, and workplaces. But how are we actually doing?

Tatjana is a cross-cultural child herself. With roots in Serbia, being born and raised in Germany and having lived in Singapore for 4 years. She knows first-hand what it means to transition between cultures.

In this session, she will explore the beauty of embracing different cultures and cultivating new perspectives. She sets up to explore what it takes to bridge the great divide from tiptoeing to living up to its potential.

About the speaker:

Tatjana Krajsic is an international Digital Marketing Manager with over 12 years of experience. Trained in the field of public relations, she has managed communication and social media strategies in Europe and Asia.

Tatjana advises companies and individuals on social media and digital marketing strategies.

Her current research interests focus on diversity and inclusion, leadership as well as cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity. Tatjana is further a keynote speaker delivering talks in English, German and Serbian, her mother tongue.

Of Serbian origin, Tatjana was born and raised in Germany. Being raised bilingual, Tatjana is an aficionado of languages. Besides her mother tongue Serbian and German, she speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese. She is also an artist and illustrator.
