Zur manuellen Validierung bei uns vor Ort, musst du unbedingt deinen gültigen Führerschein und Ausweis/Pass mitbringen. Zusätzlich musst du bereits einen COUP Account mit deiner eMailadresse angelegt haben, damit wir die Daten manuell einpflegen können.

Wichtig: Eine Validierung ist nur dann möglich, wenn beide Dokumente gültig und nicht beschädigt sind. Wir können nur Dokumente aus Ländern akzeptieren, welche in der Länderliste der COUP App zur Auswahl stehen.

Bitte stelle sicher, dass du pünktlich bist, da der Termin ansonsten nicht wahrgenommen werden kann.

Ohne Termin/Ticket ist eine Validierung nicht möglich.

For the manual verification of your documents in our office, it is mandatory to provide your drivers licence as well as your ID card/Passport. You need to register your email address and create a COUP account prior, so we can add all missing information.

Important Information: The verification is only possible, if your documents are valid and not damaged. We can only accept documents of countries that are listed in the verification process of the COUP App.

Please make sure to be on time, otherwise we can not ensure the verification.

A verification without an appointment/ticket is not possible.
