About this Event

Your Mandala tells you a story. Mandalas art therapy can reduce anxiety, tension and overall stress. Drawing & interpreting your mandala can release emotional blockages.

I am guiding clients through the mandala art therapy process since years. It gives the opportunity to see where you are right now, to be aware of blockages and free yourself from them, as well as to focus on an action plan to let go of things that do not serve you anymore.

I am grateful to be a meangful guide on this Soulful Journey.

About facilitator:

Alisa Poplavskaya is a psychologist(MA), certified therapeutic arts life coach and certified yoga teacher.

Today, in Alisa's therapeutic work she combines mandala therapy, meditation & emotional awareness therapy.

Currently Alisa lives in Berlin and facilitates Mandala Art Therapy sessions in Europe and online.
