LEC Winter Split - Group Stage - Week 4 - SUN

Please note: the 2023 Format has less teams playing per day starting from Group Stage and during Playoffs. Check the schedule on lolesports to be sure your team is playing on the day you are purchasing tickets for!

Here is everything you need to know if you are attending the LEC Studio!

What language will the games be cast in at the venue?

For all stages of the event, games will be shoutcasted in English.

Do I have to print the ticket and do I need a Photo ID?

You can print your ticket or bring it on your smartphone. A physical photo ID is required for age verification.

When do doors open and when does the event begin?

Admission starts at 17:00. Pre-Show starts at 17:30 and the first match is around 18:00. If you are late there will always be someone available to check you in.

Is there an age requirement?

• You must be 12 or older to attend this event.
• Attendees aged 12 to 13 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or leave the studio at 20:00.
• Attendees aged 14 to 15 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or leave the studio at 22:00.
• Attendees aged 16 to 17 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or leave the studio at 24:00.
• A written permission from a legal guardian and accompanied by another adult, does not circumvent above rules

How do I get to the studio with public transportation?

The easiest way to get to the studio are the S-Bahn lines 8, 9, 45, 46 and 85. Get off the train at the station Adlershof.

Is there parking?

Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the studio, but there are both paid and free parking spaces nearby.

What is the accessibility on site like?

• No elevators are needed to enter the studio and it is fully accessible for all fans.
• There are flashing lights present during the broadcast, and we warn viewers of this prior to segments that may induce epilepsy.
• Our concession booth may not offer items that are suitable for all dietary needs. We encourage fans to bring in their own snacks and food if they have any concerns.
• The LEC Studio is wheelchair accessible - however we can only facilitate a limited number of wheelchair users in the viewing zone. We encourage you to reach out to us ahead of time if you have any questions or queries about this.

What else should I know before attending?

• Food & Drinks: There is a concession stand in the studio that has various food items and beverages for sale - health potions are currently unavailable. We allow outside snacks and NON-ALCOHOLIC drinks up to 0,5L and only in plastic bottles.
• Merch Stand: Once it re-opens, the merch booth will hold both the LEC apparel line by EMP and selected items from the Riot Merch store. We are not able to sell team jerseys at this point in time.
• Bags and Backpacks: The maximum size allowed for all types of bag is A4. These will be checked at the security gates at the entrance. We encourage you to bring open-top bags (not backpacks) as this will expedite the security check in process for all fans and will be easier to store under your seat. There is a free cloakroom where all larger bags must be stored.
• Seating: All seating is on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive early, if you want to sit with your friends.
• Photo cameras: The event staff reserve the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Cameras with professional/interchangeable lenses will not be permitted, nor will monopods, tripods, selfie sticks or flash. Professional audio and video recording is strictly prohibited unless approved by the event.
• Tickets at the door: Tickets can only be purchased online.
• Refunds: requests can be filed up to one day before the event. After that point in time refunds can not be processed.

Am I able to take a photo with the Baron Nashor Statue in the studio?

Yes, our LEC Baron loves taking pictures with fans! Unless you’re Lee Sin, you’ll find him in the main hall as you enter the studio.

If I’m planning to dress in cosplay for the event, what rules should I be aware of?

• You must have unobstructed vision at all times.
• You must be able to sit in your seat while wearing your costume. Please also make sure that others are still able to have an unrestricted view to the show.
• You must be able to easily maneuver your costume over stairs or ramps unassisted.
• You may not include liquids, gels, or other substances which could cause a mess.
• The costume and/or objects cannot include, or otherwise utilize, any edged weapons (such as knives, daggers, swords), or blunt weapons (clubs, maces or other crushing weapons) in steel, iron or any type of heavy material. Sticks are not allowed to be longer than 1 meter.
• Firearms of any kind including air guns or any other type of projectile weapon regardless of whether it is loaded or functional are banned. Bow and arrows are also not prohibited.

Prohibited items

• The following items have been prohibited for security reasons in the LEC Studio:
• Weapons and items that can be used as weapons.
• Items that may be harmful to people or property when thrown.
• Flammable and explosive substances, liquids, gases, lasers, sharp or pointed items.
• Illegal drugs and narcotics.
• No material with offensive and/or political messages.
• Documents, announcements, banners, posters, flags, poles, and similar promotional or commercial items without the organization's approval.
• Flags, posters, poles, and other similar items that may block the audience's view.
• All animals except service dogs are prohibited - Embercats, Ixamanders and Cloudleapers are also banned.
• All other inappropriate and dangerous materials.
• Photo Policy: The event staff reserve the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. COVID-19 Measures

At the moment there is no requirement to wear an FFP2 mask inside the studio however we do encourage you to wear a mask voluntarily. We are working in accordance with local COVID guidelines, so to attend the LEC studio in person, you will need to meet the existing government regulations in place for Berlin. The current government regulations may change closer to the event, and as such, we will adapt our guidelines as necessary.

This is a live broadcasted event hosted by Riot Games Services GmbH (“Riot“). At the venue, you may be captured on film or video, and your image and likeness may appear in a direct broadcast and be used in the film.
