KERN Equipment Qualification Training (Balingen, English)

Equipment Qualification and monitoring of non-automatic electronic weighing instruments

This device qualification for balances (also called plant qualification for balances) checks whether the balance with the technology used is suitable for the intended tasks and can be used. It is determined whether the balance in your dedicated process meets the required accuracy requirement.

A complete device qualification includes the following items:

• DQ: Design qualification
• IQ: Installation qualification
• OQ: Operational Qualification
• PQ: Performance-Qualifikation
• MQ: Maintenance Qualification
• RQ: Reparation Qualification

After successful qualification, the device is released for laboratory use.

KERN & SOHN offers this qualification concept nationwide in Germany.
These validation services include special measurement procedures, which can only be
performed by trained personnel at the device installation site due to the requirements
of the device qualification of the balance. Installed devices must remain at the
installation site. If the device is changed locally, a new installation is required.

• The costs for the KERN Equipment Qualification Training comes to € 750,- net (€ 892,50 incl. VAT). Costs for food and beverage on the training day shall be borne by KERN & SOHN. If requested one overnight stay is covered by KERN & SOHN. We are happy to book you a room in a nearby KERN contracted hotel.
