Description

Sauvage invites you its hunter gatherer feast. You will be served a 3 course meal, consisting of locally grown, collected and hunted foods at a communal table. The seats to this exclusive event are limited to 15 a night. Every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the Berlin Food Art Week, at 8 PM.

The Menu:

Wild duck tartar with raw quail egg, activated sesame and sunflower seed crackers, fermented daikon, wild berry chutney

Brandenburg wild boar roast with parsnip walnut mash, Riesling and wild mushroom sauce

Honey lavender lime leaf mousse, almond crumble
