Do I have to bring an ID and is there an age restriction for the event?
Our event is only for people age 18 and above. Even if accompanied by a person over 18 the entrance for a person under 18 will be forbidden.
Was am I allowed to bring and what is not allowed?
Own food and drinks are not permitted to be taken onto the festival site.
You are allowed to bring you mobile phone cameras, digital cameras and GoPros. SLR and DSLR cameras are only permitted with a licence. You can apply for a licence at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are not allowed to bring your own powder. As your health and the environment are very important to us we only allow certified powder – you will be able to buy this at the Festival.
Is my ticket transferable?
Yes, it is transferable.
Do I have to bring a print-out of my ticket?
Yes, you have to print out your ticket and bring it to the event.
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, a refund is not possible. However, you may pass your ticket on to friends or sell it, if this is not for commercial puposes.
The name on the registration / ticket is not the same as the name of the guest. Is that a problem?
No, that is not a problem. You will be able to get in even if there is a different name on the ticket.
