Here Be Unicorns - Sustainable Berlin Futures Workshop

Let’s work together to envision a livable, sustainable future for Berlin.

We need visionaries with bold new ideas to identify and build new roads toward this future. Empowered by their imaginative thinking, we can learn how to harness the power of emerging technologies in their societal context to create positive impacts.

So how do we get there?

Here Be Unicorns is a serious game and mental sparring exercise that helps you train your imagination and identify meaningful opportunities for sustainable action in the context of future trends in science, technology, culture, and society. You’ll have the chance to experience the game for yourself at a workshop led by its developer, Dr. Christian Rauch (physicist and founder of Berlin-based, transdisciplinary art initiative STATE). The game is based on the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals and uses the RIDE thinking model.

The workshop will be held in English and German.
