Take care of your feet, feel grounded and stable on the floor, be aware of your posture.

Zu diesem Event

Our feet are one of the most important parts of our body, yet we almost never take care of them. They are constrained in uncomfortable shoes and we never actually strengthen our muscles there.

In this class, we will work on the joint flexibility and muscle strength in the feet. We will discuss the correct way to stand on your feet and walk, as well as bring awareness to this area of the body.

The class is highly recommended for people with flat feet.
