Description

Gründerszene Jobbörse, as an integral part of the online magazine Gründerszene is the prime address for companies based in the digital economy which are looking for new talents with digital affinity to enhance their team.

About the HR-Digital-Careers-Meetup

The HR & Digital Careers Meetup is a regular event organised by Gründerszene Jobbörse for everyone interested in Human Resources in times of digitalization. Core topics will vary depending on our speakers, who will be experts in e.g. HR innovation, new work, leadership, employer branding, digital careers or legal issues. After the valuable knowledge sessions (approx. 1h), followed by a Q&A, there will be extensive networking time with cool drinks and snacks.

Speaker:

Jana Tepe, Anna Kaiser (Tandemploy)

„The end of the 40-hours-work-week!“ Anna Kaiser and Jana Tepe are the founders & CEOs of Tandemploy. With Tandemploy, they develop innovative HR technology for job sharing and flexible working models. While their award-winning online platform Tandemploy.com is used by companies for Employer Branding, their software as a service (SaaS) solution flex:workz provides companies support with making their internal structures more flexible.

Anna and Jana were tired of just talking about the „future of work“ over and over again - and always try to live what they preach in their own team: they share their job as a CEO and let every new team member choose the weekly working hours freely. Most Tandemploy team members work between 25 and 32 hours and organize their tasks in tandems or project teams. Why the 40-hours-work-week is dead and how startups can profit from this will be their main topic this evening.

Danine Garbs (Mister Spex)

"While having grown for 6 years in and with an e-Commerce start-up, Danine-Isabelle Faska wanted to contribute to sharing knowledge and giving back to the HR community. She co-founded the Purple Squirrel Society -an association for colleagues working in HR to exchange ideas and knowledge within the scope of various formats and getting to know each other.

Taking into account how important education and networking is, Danine recently took up a new challenge as Head of HR at Quadriga. One of her first missions was to install a proper performance management. The process needed to be establish, goals aligned and staff trained. An exciting journey began, improving itself in each iteration to generate value for the company."
