In the white corner: Undefeated heavyweight High-Tech Gründerfonds with Dr. Tanja Emmerling supported by the VC-backed startup bookingkit with co-founder Lukas Hempel.

In the yellow corner: The challenger etventure - Company Builder and known for building corporate startups with Co-Founder Christian Lüdtke, supported by the true corporate spin-off RepairFix with co-founder Moritz Weltgen.

Referee Artur Schefer will secure a good clean fight.

High-Tech Gründerfonds

Dr. Tanja Emmerling heads the Berlin office of High-Tech Gründerfonds, one of Europe's most active seed investors with around 900 m € under management. She started in 2014 as an investment manager in the software team and built her own portfolio with a focus on SaaS and enterprise software. She also focused on the digitalization of established markets and industries. Before joining HTGF, she spent 6.5 years in the media industry as Head of New Ventures, responsible for incubation and corporate ventures.

Dr. Christian Lüdtke is co-founder and co-managing director of digital consultancy and company builder etventure. He advances the development and execution of digital strategies and business models for enterprises and startups. Prior to his tenure at etventure, he worked at Bertelsmann for more than ten years, significantly boosting innovation for the international media company. Since October 2017, he acts as coordinator and a central contact between startups and industry and science in the Ruhr region.

bookingkit

Lukas Hempel is co-founder and co-managing director of bookingkit. bookingkit is Europe's leading SaaS solution for tours and activities, the third largest tourism sector in the world. It provides standardized and scalable technology to sell and market their bookings. In 2014, Lukas founded bookingkit GmbH in Berlin together with Christoph Kruse, which now employs approx. 80 people. Lukas studied at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and founded his first startup at the age of 18.

RepairFix

Moritz Weltgen is co-founder and CEO of RepairFix, a corporate startup backed by BASF that focuses on transforming the automotive aftermarket to the needs of future mobility. By efficiently managing and scaling their fleet operations Repairfix provides support to various mobility providers. Prior to that, Moritz was a consultant leading a variety of digitalization projects for multinational corporations and spent ten years as a professional handball player.

Referee

Artur is a consultant at MHP and supports automotive companies in building digital business models. As a product owner and requirements engineer, he is responsible for identifying customer needs and transforming them into value-added services. He is also the host of the "Digital Innovation Podcast". There, he talks to inspiring personalities from corporations, startups and venture capitalists and tries to find out how they drive digital innovation.
