The Moderator
Tanja Kufner, Venture Partner & Advisor at Antler Berlin, is passionate about helping entrepreneurs establish, grow, and scale their startups and has been an active investor in over 80 Startups since 1998 across various stages. After working for various Funds and a Family Office, she also co-founded and ran Wayra and Startupbootcamp Smart Transportation and Energy, where she helped clients such as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Airbus, Cisco, here, Vinci, Kühne + Nagel, SBB, EnBW, Telefónica, Siemens Mobile, and DB on their innovation journeys. Tanja is recognized annually, since 2016 and by EU-Startups, as one of the top 50 most influential women in VC and Startups in Europe and is also an expert advisor to the European Commission fund.
The Speakers
Constanze Buchheim is a pioneering entrepreneur in Germany's digital economy and is regarded as a thought leader on the subject of "future leadership". For 15 years, she has been building and transforming digital teams in the new & old economy. In 2009, she founded the executive search consultancy i-potentials, which she has run together with Martina van Hettinga since 2015. As a supervisory board member, angel investor and sparring partner, she prepares serial entrepreneurs and boards for the strategic challenges of future-proof leadership and organizational and cultural architecture. In 2015, the Boston Consulting Group and "Manager Magazin" named her one of the 50 most influential women in German business. In 2020, she was selected by Focus magazine as one of the 100 Women of the Year.
Anne Solhaug Tutar, Associate Partner at Antler Oslo, has single-handedly founded a pioneer health food brand in Turkey and thus is able to wear both an investor and entrepreneur hat when supporting Antler’s startups.
Her company co-launched together with Unilever, and was sold across 5 countries with customers such as Starbucks and Carrefour. She had a successful exit in Dec 2017.
Charlotte Ekelund, co-founder and CEO of Teemyco, is an entrepreneur committed to creating everyday work happiness for people, anywhere.
She co-founded Teemyco, your office online, in the 2019 Antler Stockholm cohort.
Her background is in strategy and marketing in Fortune 500 firms, and interviewing and helping various companies hire people as a recruitment consultant. With 2 business related Masters and a strong passion for people, leadership and psychology, Charlotte is all for driving cohesion, fun and performance in teams.
