Trekking Lübbenau

Meeting point: Ostkreuz, in front of the stairs of platform 1, in the foyer.

We are going to Lübbenau, Spreewald, for a new training of the Camino de Santiago, with a distance of 17km, which we will cover in about 4 hours, walking at an average of 4.8 km/h. If all goes well, we will finish around 14:30h.

The stage, on this occasion, does not have as much forest as we are used to, we will walk through extensions without trees, preparing some stages of the Camino that are of this style, whether you are coming or not.

General recommendations:

- Clothing and footwear suitable for the weather.

- Water / a hot drink.

- Food / Refreshments en route.

- Mackintosh.

- Bag for waste.

The trekking is in Brandenburg, outside the ABC transport zone.

Nos vamos a Lübbenau, Spreewald, para un nuevo entrenamiento del Camino de Santiago, con una distancia de 17km, que cubriremos en unas 4 horas, caminando a una media de 4,8 km/h. Si todo va bien, acabaremos alrededor de las 14:30h.

La etapa, en esta ocasión, no tiene tanto bosque como estamos acostumbrados, recorreremos extensiones sin arbolado, preparando algunas etapas del Camino que son de este estilo, vayas a venir, o no.

Recomendacioens generales:

- Ropa y calzado adecuados a la climatología.

- Agua / alguna bebida caliente.

- Comida / Avituallamiento en ruta.

- Chubasquero.

- Bolsa para residuos.

El trekking es en Brandenburgo, fuera de la zona ABC de transporte.
