30’ of core training for cyclists

About this Event

The session is aimed at strengthening the core - meaning the entire body minus the legs and arms. Having a stronger core will allow you to transfer more power through the legs, as well as reducing the instance of injury and improving your posture.

The session will be hosted through zoom, an online video conferencing tool. You will receive the log-in details along with your registration confirmation.
