This training will help to get a complete picture of Agile transformations in companies of all sizes.

Zu diesem Event

This is the starting point for Change Agents who seek to achieve a mutual understanding approach when introducing new methodologies, culture, and ways of thinking in the corporate environment at all levels of the organization.

The two-day program includes:

  • a classification of the skills and competencies required for an Enterprise Agile coach
  • assessing the strengths and weaknesses of an Agile Coach, categorizing the objectives of an Enterprise Agile Coach in real life
  • ethical issues during the transformation, how changes are understood and affect people and organizations
  • change management models, differences between the Agile and the traditional approaches to change.

You also will:

  • build an organizational change strategy,
  • identify, categorize and define approaches for working with organizational barriers,
  • develop a transformation plan that includes communication, training, leadership, and involvement of people at all levels of the organization.

This training is a logical step for those who have already completed ICP-ACC (Agile Coaching) and ICP-ATF (Agile Team Facilitation) training and work at the organization level.

The training will help to answer the following questions:

How change affects people, culture and work approaches?

Which two key parameters/ should be taken into account before starting any transformation?

What are Agile Transformation Strategies?

At what level in the organization is it better to start the transformation?

How to work with organizational barriers?

How to create a transformation roadmap that will consider all the important aspects?

Participants who actively work throughout the training receive the ICAgile Certified Professional – Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP-CAT) personal certificate which is recognized worldwide and a personal profile on ICAgile.com.

16 hours of training:

Two days study with a lunch break, coffee breaks every one hour and a half.

We fix the theory by practice, working in small groups of 4-5 people.

Lunches and coffee breaks:

Lunches and coffee breaks are included in the cost of the training. A vegetarian menu is also available.

First day

Skills and Competencies of Enterprise Agile Coach:

  • What differs a Coach from Consultant and what is the responsibility of Enterprise Agile Coach.
  • What is the difference between a Сoach, a Mentor, a Trainer, and a Facilitator, when what competency is needed and how to increase the level in each area.

Change management:

  • Different models of change management, differences in Agile approaches to change management, how to understand what to choose and where to begin.

Second day

Principles and Strategies of Agile Transformation:

  • What features should be considered by Agile transformation, where to begin and what tools to use. How to create a transformation roadmap and how to measure success.

Work with organizational barriers:

  • You will know about organizational barriers, what coping strategies exist, what works well and what doesn't. How to overcome the resistance.

Implementation of changes in the company:

  • At what level the company should begin the transformation, Communication of changes, Training people and creating change agents, development of strategies.

Trainers

Timofey Yevgrashyn

Timofey Yevgrashyn is the Delivery Director at the product IT company in Berlin.

The management consultant on Agile/Lean approaches and practices, one of the first certified Scaled Agile Framework Process consultants in Ukraine. He has been in IT for 20 years, fourteen out of which he has been a project manager. Since 2007 he has been in Agile training and methods implementation.

He has a profound and successful experience in consulting and crisis situations management within software development teams as well as an extensive business processes optimization background.

Timofey is the author of Scrum Card Game - a simple and realistic Scrum simulation (http://scrumcardgame.com).

He regularly speaks at various international conferences. He also leads an active social activity aiming to popularize Agile project management, arranging specialized events, workshops, training courses and programs on Agile management and self-development.

Bar Schwartz

Bar Schwartz is a management consultant, agile and leadership coach from Berlin, Germany. She brings over a decade of expertise in the software industry with a strong focus on Agile Leadership, Product Ownership and Agile Transitions.

Bar led tech, product, people, and transformations in diverse organizational structures, such as startups, corporates, and consultancies. She is a McKinsey Alumni, a certified ICF professional coach and a Marshall Goldsmith Leadership Development coach, focusing on both implementing agile practices in a simple, practical and relevant way and shifting cultures, behaviors and mindset to accommodate organizational change.

Today, she heads the Engineering Excellence team at Signavio, a team of mentors, dedicated to supporting the engineering leadership to simplify ways of working, build capabilities and enable further company growth.

The training program is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). Upon completion of the training, participants receive the ICAgile Certified Professional – Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP-CAT) personal certificate which is recognized worldwide.

To attend the training, it is desirable to have at least one of the following certificates:

  • ICP (ICAgile);
  • CSM, CSPO, CSD (Scrum Alliance);
  • PMP, PMP-ACP (PMI);
  • PSM I (Scrum.org);
  • Agile Foundation (Agile Business Consortium).
