EFI 2.0 Certification Program – Part 2: Introduction to the Executive FiRE Index 2.0

The Executive FiRE Index 2.0 is our instrument to measure and improve the resilience of managers.In this workshop you will learn how the Executive FiRE Index 2.0 is designed and which messages can be derived from it.

If you attend all three workshops, you are eligible to receive a total of 8 CCEUs, 6.75 Core Competencies and 1.25 Resources.

Part 1: Introduction to the FiRE Model of Executive Resilience

In this workshop you will learn more about the basics of the Executive FiRE model.

In this workshop, you will learn how the Executive FiRE Index 2.0 is designed and what messages can be derived from it.

When: 15.11.2021, 14:00 – 18:00

In this workshop, you will learn how to debrief the results of the Executive FiRE Index 2.0 with clients.
