We are glad you are planning to join us for our in person church service. In order to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible, please read and make note of the following Covid-related measures. Specifically, please note that the service is now a 3G event. Regardless of the current regulations, we are very much looking forward to seeing you!

Please note the following:

Book your free ticket

Registration is required for attendance at our in-person church services. The number of participants is limited - so secure your place now! You can book your free ticket via our ticket service from Tuesday noon. If the space does fill up, we welcome you to join us online Sunday morning.

After your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Only after you have received this confirmation will you be able to participate on-site. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Bookings for blocks of seats for 2 or more people are only valid if all persons belong to the same household. Passing on your personalised ticket is not permitted. If you have any problems with your booking, please contact us and we will be happy to help you: info@c3frankfurt.church.

Check-in process

Remember that you will need to show your personalised ticket at check-in, either via the Eventbrite app or as a digital ticket (e.g. PDF), as well as proof of vaccination, proof of recovery or a valid test. The Hessen Testheft is acceptable proof for school-aged children. Check-in opens 30 minutes before the start of the event. Please plan your arrival so that there is enough time for the check-in process and do not forget that your reservation becomes invalid 10 minutes after the start of the event.

Ticket Cancellation

If for any reason you are unable to attend the event, please cancel your ticket immediately. This will give someone else the opportunity to attend the event. You can cancel your ticket as a registered customer directly via Eventbrite by logging in with the email address you have provided or by sending an email to: info@c3frankfurt.church.

Information for families and children

Our Kids Club currently runs every Saturday from 5pm on-site for all kids aged 5-10 years old. In addition, there is a parent & baby room with audio from the service. Please register yourself and each child, regardless of age, when registering tickets.

Everyone can be there!

If you are unable to join us in person because you need to protect yourself and/or others or have not managed to book your ticket in time, you can still join us online. Our 5pm service will be broadcast online and will be available each Sunday at 11am via YouTube, on our channel 'C3 Frankfurt / Darmstadt'.

The most important hygiene measures on site:

Use the disinfectant in the check-in area to disinfect your hands immediately after your arrival. Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the venue for you to use as needed.

You must wear a mask upon entering the venue. Please wear your mask neatly, covering your nose and mouth. Mouth/nose covering must be worn during the entire event, and must be either a medical mask or an FFP2 mask. If you are unable to wear a mask for medical reasons (with a medical certificate), please contact us at info@c3frankfurt.church.

Keep a minimum distance of 1.5m from people not living in your household on the premises and in the building before and after our events.

Please stay at home if you feel ill or have any Covid-typical symptoms.
