About this event
We tend to forget how powerful sensing/feeling our body can be. I have been using these two techniques separately for a long time and decided a few months ago to combine them.
The breathing allows me to bring you back in your body, to calm the mind and increase focus.
The following step will be to do small movements (still laying down) with full focus on the body and the felt sense, that I will be guiding. The objective is for you to feel where your tensions are, to release them and to ultimately lengthen your spine.
I will end the session with a parasympathetic breathing technique to bring you into a total resting state.
It is not yoga, neither a work out or stretching, expect to feel relaxed and get hopefully a quality sleep afterwards and learn movement to take care of yourself. You will be able to easily learn these movements and reproduce them when needed.
For this session it is recommended to eat at least 45 minutes to 60 minutes before starting. Everybody is welcome for these sessions no experience is needed.
You need a sport mat, headset (better) or speaker and zoom and that is it.
