Conscious Breathing & Self-Massage

Beginners welcome - no previous experience or knowledge is required.

We invite you to a special journey to experience conscious breathing and self-massage. Lucas is a massage therapist and Joanna is a breath coach. Together, we created a special workshop for anyone who wants to feel more grounded, more connected, and more relaxed in their daily lifes.

What you will get from this workshop:

  • Learn about the nervous system and how our body reacts to stress.
  • Discover tools to reconnect with yourself and the present moment.
  • Build awareness to the link between body and mind.
  • Increase body awareness, to self-soothe and calm down.

Together, we will build awareness to the link between body and mind, through breath and self-massage, thanks to specific techniques that we will practice together.

About the Workshop

The workshop will last between 1,5-2 hours. Doors open 15 minutes before the start. Please plan to arrive a little bit in advance, so that we can start on time. There will be a short break with snacks and drinks.

Good to know

Bring some comfortable clothes and a yoga mat/blanket, if you can. If you need to eat before the workshop, we recommend having something light.
