BIMM Institute Berlin: Screen & Film Masterclass with Fabian Wagner

Join us for an exclusive in-person masterclass with BIMM Institute Berlin patron Fabian Wagner (cinematographer for Game of Thrones, Sherlock, Justice League).

A prominent German-born cinematographer who has made his career in English-language film and TV, Fabian will present 'A Practical Introduction to Cinematography'. Fabian will guide students through his approaches to working with renowned showrunners and directors, how to capture the perfect scene in your productions, and how the movie industry functions.

This masterclass will also feature a workshop with BIMM Institute lecturer Nico Uris, exploring how artists and aspiring film makers can record and edit videos using their phones and easy-to-access editing software.

This will be the very first event held onsite at our new Screen & Film Faculty college, in the heart of Berlin's Alt-Treptow quarter. Guests will get an exclusive first-person insight into the facilities and creative spaces BA (Hons) Filmmaking students will have access to from September 2022 onwards.

BIMM Institute lecturers and staff will also be at this event, ensuring you leave with no question unanswered. Refreshments will be provided.
