Key Notes: We invited inspiring voices of the field to share their visions and ideas to work with stories towards change. The key notes will provide a shared language to explore narrative approaches to change, foster our understanding for the power of stories and serve as a kickstarter to spark conversation and joint exploration.
Workshops: In the workshops we explore practical methods and frameworks to work with narratives approaches in organizational and personal transformation. Experienced practitioners will provide insights into their toolboxes and assignments, providing a rich and deep field of experience for you to dive into. The workshops will cover a variety of applications of narrative methods – from igniting and managing change and transformation in organizations to guide personal reflection and building engaging learning environments.
Learning Journey: The learning journey forms the backbone to connect your individual story to the collective experience of the Beyond Storytelling Summit. The learning journey will guide you through the conference to experience the power of narrative to reflect on your own journey and to connect your experiences and insights with other participants. In this way, the learning journey serves as the structural backbone of the summit while providing the context to explore how narrative approaches can be deployed when working with large groups.
Narrative Knowledge Space: On saturday, we have the opportunity to dive deeper into the application of narrative approaches to different fields of practice. In the narrative knowledge space we will share, collect and harvest our stories to develop a deeper understanding about how we can work with and inspire change through narrative approaches. While strutured in the methods used, the contents of these narrative knowledge session will be open to the input of all participants.
Visual Facilitation: During the two days, we will be supported by a visual facilitator who will record the key points and stimulate our conversations and harvesting with her stunning art!
