Beyond Men and Masculinity | Film Screening & Hosted Conversation

Join us for another exciting event taking place as part of our Diversity & Inclusion Ecosystem

On Nov. 30th, The Future is Humane and Impact Hub Berlin invite you to the screening of Beyond Men & Masculinity (90 mins / OV with Eng. subtitles). The documentary explores the harmful expectations of masculinity and the effects they have on male behavior.

After the film, Flavia Ladino will host an interactive discussion with all participants, in which we will tackle traditional gender norms and patriarchy transmission. Furthermore, we’ll reflect on the pressures that affect men and explore how to support them when needed. The discussion will be conducted in English. Our hosts can support with the German and Spanish translation when needed.

While the event is officially free, Impact Hub Berlin recommends a 10-20 EUR donation that will make more events like this possible. Contributions can be done during the event and go directly to the initiative The Future is Humane, as an appreciation for their time and effort to bring this needed conversation to the table.
