Practice half of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series with one of Asanaguru's most sought after teachers Priya.

About this event

Every Tuesday, Asanaguru hosts an ashtanga vinyasa yoga class . This live and interactive yoga class is taught online via Zoom by Priya, an experienced yoga teacher from India.

Priya will take students through half of the Ashtanga Primary Series.

By exploring new parts of the series each week, Priya will focus on form and strength to help you improve your Ashtanga practice.

Designed for small groups (6-8 pax) to maximize the interaction between students and teacher, this class is suitable for intermediate and advanced yogis.

The class starts at 11AM London time (or 12PM if you are based in Berlin or Barcelona or 8PM in Sydney) and will be conducted in English.

Come, join us from the comfort of your home before heading to work and start the week by reconnecting your body and mind!
