What to expect

For everyone who leads, the Agile Leadership Enablement Course is a series of fast-paced, highly interactive sessions to help you embrace an agile leadership mindset, tackle your individual leadership challenge and start your agile leadership journey.

Unlike other leadership courses, we connect with your individual challenges and support you in deriving an outcome-based plan to minimize dysfunctions and improve your situation significantly. You will gain insights into how agile will work for you, for your team, your organization.

Modules include realizing and taking responsibility, understanding drama, working at your individual outcome based challenges, practicing individual and group reflection, realizing patterns and dysfunctions in your organisation and yourself.

About us / Your Sherpas on your Journey

Martin and Uğur are experienced agile leadership coaches with more than 30 years in professional IT industry. Throughout the last decade, they have successfully accomplished many agile engagements at global players in the private sector (e.g. BMW and SAP) as well as in organizations in public services (federal authority for German pension fund and Federal Police of Germany). Their engagements range from enabling managers in agile leadership, training and coaching teams in agile way of working and implementing scaled agile target operating model.

We developed an Agile Leadership Enablement training method that help participants in building an environment that enhances self-reflection and ownership.

Harvesting and thoroughly testing a great number of agile leadership practices we have qualified the most impactful ones. We will teach the participants in applying these practices along the training sessions.

Uğur Ünsal holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics and Master's degree in Information Systems.

He has a number of agile certifications e.g. Leadership Circle Profile, SAFe Program Consultant, Management 3.0, Certified Scrum Master.

Martin Unruh supports individuals and organisations worldwide in their development. He holds various certifications from scrum alliance, LeSS and the happy melly network. He works as a trainer and transformative coach.
