Successfully implementing service design projects is crucial to creating an impact for companies and service designers. This one-day workshop will introduce you to the fundamentals of service design implementation. We will discuss strategies to ensure that user experience concepts are not getting blocked internally and ultimately removed from the priority list. You will also start to think about implementation at the right time and have in place everything that you will need along the way. We will also reflect on the relationship between service design implementation and change management.
What to expect
In this workshop, we will approach the topic of implementation from different directions. You will learn how to set-up an implementation process, as well as learn about the underlying principles of service design transformation. Introduction to the most relevant success factors to create an impact will also be discussed. Lastly, we will reflect on the questions you have regarding your projects.

Senior Service designer or experienced Service Designer, Innovation or UX managers, Agile coaches, Product Owner.
The trainer
Tina Weisser advises and supports companies as an innovation and organizational consultant. Her focus is on customer-centered innovation ("user-driven innovation"), service design strategy through to implementation and the associated systemic organizational consulting (customers include BMW, Lufthansa). She is a certified Service Design Master Trainer (SDN).
On her "business journey" she was influenced by her entrepreneurial background (founding of a start-up at the age of 24, its successful sale at the age of 32), her roots in engineering (graduated architect) and in humanities (study of psychology ) embossed.
