About this event
Every Monday morning (or afternoon down under), Asanaguru hosts an advanced asana practice online . This live and interactive yoga class is taught online via Zoom by Priya, an experienced yoga teacher from India.
Priya will focus on form, technique and safety.
By exploring new variations of asanas and by making you hold the poses, Priya will guide and challenge you over this 60 minutes class to help you improve your strength and flexibility.
Designed for small groups (6-8 pax) to maximize the interaction between students and teacher, this class is suitable for intermediate and advanced yogis.
The class starts at 6:30AM if you are based in Berlin or Barcelona and 4:30pm in Sydney Australia. This class will be conducted in English.
