Every journey begins with a single step.

In this 6-week online yoga course I will guide you step by step through the basics to form a healthy and strong foundation for your yoga practice. You will learn basic yoga postures, strengthen awareness of breath and explore movement principles to develop a physical alignment that supports you as you deepen your practice in a safe and consistent way so that you can move forward in your journey with joy.

What you will need for this course:

  • 1 yoga mat
  • 1 woolen blanket
  • 1 yoga strap (or something that can work as such, like a scarf or towel, for example)
  • 2 yoga blocks (or something that can work as such, like two big books)

About Catherine

Catherine is a SmartFLOW® Yoga teacher with the experience of more than 1000 hours of teaching regular classes, workshops and holding international retreats. She is registered as RYT-500 with the International Yoga Alliance and is based in Bonn, Germany.
