About this event
WELCOME
The world will be a different place once we come out of this global crisis. According to the World Economic Forum, 80% of executives believe their business models are at risk. And even more importantly, 60% of all successful digitization programs transform to new, digital business models. In times of extreme uncertainty, it is pivotal to understand how to lead at the intersection of the three essential transformations of our times - the digital, the business model, and the sustainability shift.
Proven at leading business schools, this 2-day program teaches in a concentrated form the methods and tools to develop effective transformation strategies and successfully implement them in your company. The program concludes with a certificate after successful participation.
The Masterclass Program is based on the bestseller 'Radical Business Model Transformation - Gaining the Competitive Edge in a Disruptive World'. The book has won several awards, is considered a reference in business model and digital transformation literature and has been translated into numerous languages.
Top-notch faculty provide excellent learning experiences: Program Director Dr. Carsten Linz has led numerous large-scale transformation programs, is ranked as Top-100 digital thought leader and member of the World Economic Forum Expert Network. He is author of the underlying book Radical Business Model Transformation. Peter Weckesser, Chief Digital Officer at Schneider Electric and Member of the Executive Committee, will share his best practices for digital transformation at grand-scale.
The program will be held as onsite event in Munich with the possibility of direct interaction with all lecturers. Each participant will receive a signed copy of the book Radical Business Model Transformation.
