Every 4th wednesday evening from 7 to 10 pm
In this workshop series aimed at more advanced tinkerers, you'll take the next step towards more complex projects. This gathering will be a bit more like an open lab: We will invite special guests to share their experiences, and you can bring a project you're working on to get help. The goal is to empower you to do complete projects, and to get connected to the community in Berlin.

Further topics will include: PCB design and manufacturing, advanced sensors and actuators, embedded communication protocols, Arduino alternatives, Internet connectivity, motors, RFID, wireless communication, etc. -- suggestions welcome!
We welcome everyone who is interested in expanding their knowledge about interactive electronics as a creative material. You should already understand the basics of microcontrollers, electronics, and programming.
Stuff to bring
- Laptop: Ideally with the latest version of Arduino and Fritzing pre-installed. If you don't have one, don't worry, you can probably share with your workshop neighbor.
- Electronic components: You can either bring your own collection, or purchase various kits and special topic components from us.
We'll provide free drinks and Pizza at the beginning of the event, so make sure you're there on time!

Fritzing is an open-source initiative to support designers, artists, researchers and hobbyists to work creatively with interactive electronics. We are creating a software and website in the spirit of Processing and Arduino, developing a tool that allows users to document their prototypes, share them with others, teach electronics in a classroom, and to create a pcb layout for professional manufacturing.
