INTRODUCTION TO PHOTOSHOP
• What will I learn?
Photoshop: Print vs Web Learn the fundamentals of creating your own high-quality images, ready for display in print and online.
In the intermediate workshop: Learn more advanced tools for digital image manipulation, including adjustment layers and basic photo retouching tools, for print and web.
• Who will be teaching?
Ray Wassef has taught in the Visual Communication department at the University of Technology, Sydney, of which he is a graduate with first class honours. Since 2003, he has lectured and tutored in various subjects, including Typography, Motion Graphics, and Sequence and Narrative.
• Who is this workshop for?
Ideal for beginners and practising designers alike, Ray begins from the fundamentals, explains the technical aspects of the software, and introduces design practises and principles that guide professional work.
